By utilizing our services and making purchases with us, customers agree to abide by the following terms of service and policies upon checkout:
We begin to process orders at
5PM EST each business day. They will be dispatched the morning of the next business day. Orders received after 5PM EST may not be processed until 5PM EST the following business day, and shipped the morning after that.
Example: An order placed after 5PM EST on Tuesday can expect to ship on Thursday morning. Weather, Holidays, and other delays beyond our control may further affect the date of shipment.
If there is a problem with your order we may reach out to you via email. This may delay processing of your order while we wait for a response so please do not delay in responding.
In most cases we use the United States Postal Service and offer the following options:
If shipping via First Class Mail, a tracking number may not be available for small items that weigh less than 3 oz. This allows us to keep our prices low. This is determined at the time of shipment and you will be notified in an email of the tracking information, if any.
Small parcels without tracking will be delivered to your mailbox like a standard letter.
Please note: delivery estimates by shipping services are computer generated and are simply based on historical data. They are in no way a guarantee unless specifically choosing an expedited service with a guaranteed delivery window such as USPS Priority Mail.
We ship to the address provided to us at the time of check out and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure these are correct. Lost shipments due to failure to supply correct information will not be refunded.
Packages returned as "unclaimed" shall not have original shipping postage refunded and may be assessed a restocking fee.
We want to make things right, and will happily accept returns of items that arrive damaged or under performing merchandise. We will either:
Items that are damaged as the result of misuse will not be refunded. Items that arrive back to our facility that are damaged due to inadequate return packaging will not be refunded.
If your item is damaged do not attempt to fix it. We cannot verify that items arrived with defects if you have modified them and will not issue a refund.
We ask that you please make your request within 14 business days of receipt.
Buyers pay return shipping to us in all cases except for items that arrive damaged or receipt of incorrect items.
Tracking numbers from USPS may be unreliable in some cases. Refunds for non-delivery will not be processed until the window has elapsed and may be extended in various circumstances at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for all fees associated with importation, customs, tariffs, taxes, VAT, or other form of fee imposed by their respective governments.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment of certain items to selected countries and will contact customers with their options in the rare case that this happens.
